Delivery
- Standard free same day delivery on orders made before 4:00 p.m. for those based in Tbilisi.
- Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
- Before delivery the shop staff will contact the customer to confirm address and convenient time for delivery.
- Orders made from regions other than Tbilisi will be processed and delivered via Georgian Postal Service according to their standard procedures.

Shipping
We ship Worldwide!
- All shipments from Social Enterprise “Q-ART-ULI” are made trough Georgian Postal Service. Packages will normally arrive 2-3 weeks after shipment is made from Georgia, regardless of the destination place.
- Prices do not include shipment cost and will be calculated according to the weight of a total shipment at the checkout.
REFUNDS AND RERUN
- The Online Shop of the Social Enterprise “QARTULI”, with the URL address: shoplet.caritas.ge hereinafter referred as “Seller” acts according to the Georgian Legislation on Protection of Customers’ rights, voluntarily takes into consideration the Customers interests and defines the Return and Refund Policy which is agreed by the Customer when placing an order at the abovementioned web-site.
The unconditional return of the item may take place if:
- The item has a defect which makes it unusable per purpose;
- The defect has been identified during 3 calendar days;
- The item was mistakenly delivered to the Customer, meaning delivering wrong item, not selected by the Customer.
- Only in cases listed above and if the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase we'll exchange or refund it.
- Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we'd expect that you've kept packaging and labels, the item is unused and undamaged.
- You can make your return at post office that processed and delivered your order. We will refund you within 5 days after receiving the goods back. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.
- Refunds are made to the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

EXCHANGE
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@qartuli.caritas.ge
